  Experienced the WORST customer service EVER at this location. We got our order & before pulling off we checked to make sure everything was there. It was short an item(no surprise there, that's exactly why we check now), but the real shock came when we told the young lady helping at the window that we were short an item. Her initial response was "are you sure?" so, I looked at my Wife and asked her if she was sure, to which she replied yes. Upon telling the young lady yes, I was sure, she then make a sucking her teeth sound and rolled her eyes and said ok with an obvious attitude. Moments later when she brought the missing item to the window I said Thank You. The only response I got from her was another eye roll. At this point I told her, when someone says thank you, you should say your welcome. Another eye roll.. I then asked to speak to a manager. Manager finally came to the window and listened to my complaint but didn't seem the least bit concerned. The manager told me the employee's name with the terrible customer service and blatant rudeness was Lee Asia (not how its spelled, i'm sure) This happened in the drive-thru on Friday 11/4 around 8pm. Never once had a problem with this location during the day but at night, it's a whole different story. Tim Bishop (Whitney Welsh), please do something about the terrible customer service at this location in the evenings, your Mechanicsville community deserves better.

  Worst service ever. Need to work and hired better people for positions. It's my 2 time with the same freaking women and she can't even hear me screaming in the parking lot through the thing.
