- 1 / 5By Robert SatchellMy wife and I went in here to have dinner. There was nobody else waiting, and the host came over after a couple of minutes and seated us, no worry. We then sat at our table for 15-20 minutes without anyone coming over to talk to us. We were looking around the room(which wasn't crowded) and watched servers walk by our table looking at us and never stopped. We got up and walked out without anyone saying a word to us! Haven't been back since.January 08, 2017

I am a server myself as well as we walked in no one greeted us, no one assisted us to be seated. So we went to the bar and sat down. Once again no one greeted me and my guest. We sat there at the bar for at least 7 mins tops and I've never received such horrible customer service. I will not be back and I pray no one else has to experience what I did. You guys need to work on your staff and train them and teach them the correct procedures on greeting your guest the first 3 minutes they walk through the door. (EVEN more sickening part was they weren't even busy) Goodluck guys!December 05, 2016
