  To be completely honest ever since Mrs. Baskerville is no longer the manager of this store the service has been horrible... everytime I come in to get my drink I am waiting roughly around 20 or more minutes... there recently has been a lot of new staff hired so the service is extra slow.. I cannot say I have ever seen the manager around working or helping! I will say the staff that I know of (Dominic and Lindsey) are absolutely amazing and helpful and are always trying to be super fast and on time!! I am just rather upset by the way this Starbucks has recently become!

  I am the manager of this location. Weird that I'm writing a review, right? But I have to say that this is the third store I've managed and I have never met such hard working and humble Partners. I know change is hard and this has been the toughest transition I've ever experienced during my eight years of service with Starbucks. But I want to thank all of the customers and my team for accepting me, loving me and taking a chance on my direction and leadership. We are working hard everyday to deliver the best service, perfect our routines and provide a clean and safe place for everyone to come to and get away. I look forward to what the future holds for our store, our team and our customers. Lots of love...Jamesina
